Stinky Thinking

If you had an accident on yourself would you complain about it for a day before you washed and changed your clothes ?
Sometimes we have pissy and stinking thinking. We can sulk in that pissy and stinking thinking or we can mentally bathe our minds with fresh thoughts. We can't change that we had an accident on ourselves, but we can change if we keep the same funky thoughts.
If later on in the day we realize we have had another accident and we started stinking again , then we must mentally wash and change again.
Sitting, sulking, complaining, and feeling sorry for how bad our pissy and stinky our thoughts are is not good for us or those around us.
"Don't find and excuse. Find a way" to change your stinking thinking.

Self Validation Doesn't Make You a Victor When You Are Effectively Communicating.

Sometimes daybreak happens in the mind and we realize that we were in darkness. Today I took the time to power wash the outside stairs at my house. I had no excuse to give the wife since I'm quarantined. As I did it, it appeared that it wasn't working because I wasn't seeing an immediate difference. I wanted to stop and unplug the washer. I aimed in closer to the surface and started to see the grime start to rip away, I needed validation that I was making a difference.
I realized that in my many talks with my wife and 3 daughters that I was looking for immediate progress, or change in them, when I communicated with them. As a parent and spouse I wanted validation that they heard me, valued my ideas, appreciated my knowledge/wisdom, and learned a valuable lesson.
What I learned today while power washing is that progress doesn't start on the surface. It starts within the mind and heart of others. That progress often cannot begin if I do not give the other person a chance to be heard by talking less and listening more..because I value them more and my validation less.

As spouses, partners, parents, bosses, and friends we often think what we say, what we achieved, how we felt, what we experienced was the most important part of the conversation. When we mature we realize what happened underneath, and within the heart and mind of the other person was the most important part.

What do you listen for in a conversation ?

What is the most valuable lesson you have learned from being a listener instead of the talker in a conversation ?

What are you learning about communication now that you didn't know before ?

The above story is a lesson I learned about myself after reading Everyone Communicates Few Connect by one of my mentors John Maxwell.  Maybe you should add this book to your collection.

THE LIAR IN OUR HOMES AND OFFICES THAT TALKS TO OUR YOUTH

THE LIAR IN HOMES AND OFFICE THAT TALKS TO OUR YOUTH

"You can be anything you want to be ! A doctor, lawyer, or astronaut". Do you remember a teacher or parent saying something like that to you, or to a sibling or friend. Sure you do. Do you remember repeating the same or similar statement to your children, students or youngster ? Probably so.
Image result for pinocchio people, images

Do you realize the most influential person in a child life is usual a parent, relative, teacher or coach ?

People listen to what we say, but follow what we do. Adults sound so convincing, motivating, direct and serious in their message to the youth to go out at conquer the world. To be all they can be. To be adventurous and courageous.  Then these same parents, teachers, mentors, and coaches turn right around and climb back in to their own comfort zone of work that includes a predicable mundane schedule with little risk of day to day failure, and sometimes little enjoyment.

The hardest person to lead is the person we see in mirror, and when we are only leading our selves with hopes and dreams and no actions, it in incredibly difficult to lead others with lip service.

If you have a  job that creates little no inspiration in you, and you feel as though you are dragging yourself in work every morning, but you will take no action or risk to find another career, then  why would a young person believe in your words about going to school and finding a job?

If your physical image and daily schedule doesn't reflect one that places fitness and health as a priority why would a young person believe or trust in your words about health ?

If you can't remember the last time you went on vacation, left your city or state, why would a young person be convinced by your words to "go see the world'?

If the high point of your day is running to the parking lot to get in your vehicle to escape the stresses you rushed to get to by 9am, then what message are you sending through your actions, habits, energy, and vibe to those young people you influence ?

The biggest lie we tell are in our daily actions.

What will you do today or this week to change your personal narrative and increase the influence you have with our youth and future leaders ?

TIME FOR YOU

TheWrightThought Value your time as much as you respect your boss's time. It's not your boss's job to make you happy. That's your job ! Take the time to invest in your happiness, because you can't expect people to value you more than you value yourself.

It we don't take advantage of the leave time we have learned we can not expect that our employers will treat us like royalty and plan a vacation trip for us, and then escort us to the lavish spot of relaxation that we desire and deserve.

The way we treat ourselves is often the way people will treat us. If we continuously work without breaks, don't take time off, respect our company's goals more than we do our health and welfare then we can expect the establishment to treat us more like a tool than a person. Take charge of your health, happiness, and welfare by being intentional with your time for yourself. When is the last time you truly treated yourself to time off without taking your work with you mentally of physically ? (This month I took time out to visit family in England. In the picture my wife and I are enjoying dinner at a restaurant with my cousin and his wife. There was no discussion about work at all during our trip.) hashtagleadership hashtaggrowth hashtaghealth

HOW I LOST DAYS I CAN'T GET BACK !!

Image result for a hit ,image, brain on drugs

In my left pocket of my pants is a device I wasn't born with. It wasn't even invented until I was an adult. Therefore I lived many years without it, and did just fine. Now every couple of minutes I am reaching in to my pocket to check this device. Each time I check it I am devoting a small portion of my 24 hours to it. Every time I check it and I see someone has responded to one of my posts online my brain delivers a shot of satisfaction in the form of an endorphin. It makes me feel good, accepted, gratified. I go back, again and again for the fix.  Each visit is a short appointment to see if the dose of satisfaction is ready. What was the response? What did they say? Did someone like it ? Should I make another post ? Each visit cost me a portion of my valuable resource. Something that is more valuable than gold, money, or diamonds. My time.

Even as I am typing these very words I am realizing that some where in my mind the value of satisfaction, be accepted, desired, liked, talked about by people online is calculated and valued to be worth more than the very time that determines my existence.  I have been willing to waste my time in hopes that someone would comment in a small way and acknowledge my presence. What I was willing to fill with proactive activities and actually face to face engagement as a child I have been willing to substitute with a simulation of reality as an adult. Yikes.

If I could add up all the time I spent checking my phone in 2018 I'm sure it would add up to days. How many hours have I given away ? How much quality time with people of influence have I lost ? How many adventures have I missed out on ?

My goal for 2019 is not to go cold turkey. My goal is to tackle each hour of each day as a hurdle by planning my day and week ahead with more productive activities. Trying to tackle all 365 days of 2019 at one time by saying I will suddenly be better is a bit overwhelming for me. Addressing this moment and today is challenging, but manageable. I must constantly ask myself .."What is a better use of my time ?"

Time wasters are strange demons that become vacuums for our time.

What takes up your time, but adds little value to it ?

What goal haven't you been working on that is more important than this other activity that is wasting your time ?

We all are given 24 hours each day. Each moment of that 24 hours is incredibly precious. Why ? Because no matter who we are, how rich or famous we may become we can never buy back time.

THE LEADERSHIP OIL CHANGE QUESTION

Image result for oil change, images
If you go to your local vehicle service provider to change your oil and they tell you they changed the oil and filter , and placed a sticker in the windshield stating to comeback once your vehicle has reached said mileage , but they knowingly did not  actually complete the service ..how would you respond ?
If a school passes students on to the next grade or provides them with a graduating certificate knowing they do not meet the requirements how would you respond ?
( Do we value our vehicles more than our future leaders ?)
How we respond to people versus how we respond to things is a true reflection of our leadership. Why?, Because you can not lead things. You can manage things, such as systems, and processes. However, you can lead and manage people. Therefore the way you respond to issues concerning people is a true reflection of your leadership capability.

The success of an organization over the long term often depends on the value the organization places on and the investment they make in people. Leaders are in all organizations including families, businesses, churches, clubs, and sports teams. The decisions that the leaders make within these organization concerning the people, for the people, and affecting the people will determine a significant extent of their success.

THE RESPECT THAT STARTS WORKING AGAINST US

Image result for respect          Ellen was told as a little girl to be considerate of mother's time by making sure she came straight home from school, so she could relieve her mother and watch her little brother, and give her mother enough time to get to work on time.  In school it was reinforced to Ellen not to waste her teacher's time by loitering in the hall and showing up late to class. As an adult it has repeatedly been reiterated to Ellen to never waste the company's or boss's time. As a mother and wife Ellen has remembered these lessons so well that she dedicates almost all of her time to her job, her husband, and her kids. In the end she feels resentful to all of them at times, because she has no time to herself.

We are under the control of the person or entity who's time we respect the most. We abuse, neglect and disrespect the people whose time we value the least.

Have you noticed at a very young age that most people are taught to respect everyone else's time except their own? We learn to value and respect others people's time before we are ever taught to manage and value our own time. Time is our most valuable resource, because it can not be retrieved once it is gone. Everything comes to an immediate halt without time. The game, the exam, the relationship, and life all come to an end when time runs out.

We will use our resources, stress ourselves out, mark our calendar, and set our watches to ensure we are on time for others. Millions spend their lives being on time for one company. At their retirement or funeral they will say "He was never late to work over his 30 years here at the firm."  "She was always the first one here in the morning ."

Our talents, potential, and resources are usually invested where ever our time is most spent. If we are never taught that OUR time is our most valuable resource we will unintentionally give others permission to use/waste our time and we will value the time of others more than we value our own.

Without time our talents cannot be developed.
Without time we don't grow.

DO THESE TRAITS IDENTIFY THE INSECURE LEADER YOU'RE DEALING WITH ?

Many of you work and/or live with people who weld power due to their position or title. They seem to drain more energy from you than they give. You feel worn out instead of warmed up when you know you have to engage or deal with them. For what ever reason you keep dedicating your most precious resource which is time to being around them. You have made that choice. You can also make other choices to deliver yourself mentally and/or physically from them.

Below is a short list of traits that usually identify the insecure leader.

Insecure Leaders :

1. Focus on people and actions they believe are against them.

2. Rely mostly on their own circumstances and understanding rather than seeking the counsel of others.

3. Have a perspective that focuses on scarcity rather than abundance. They don't believe there is enough greatness to go around, to be shared, and distributed to others.

4. Use manipulation to get what they want.

5. May feel intimidated without admitting it to others, and therefore use intimidation against others to get what they want.

6. Often resent the success of others even when they outrank those experiencing the success.

7. Believe strongly that in order for someone to win someone must lose.

8. Will consistently blame others for their dilemmas

9. Believe that having control over others is more beneficial and rewarding that building trusting and valuable relationships with others.

10. Will intentionally take the credit for what others have done.

(*This list was mainly derived from a list of traits provided from John Maxwell )

What other traits do you associate with being an insecure leader ?

How are you INTENTIONALLY investing in yourself to GROW as a LEADER who adds value to others and help others to grow ?

How can I help you grow as a LEADER ?

If I offered to train 5 of your personnel for free in a workshop at your hosted facility to become more influential and effective leaders, would you invite others to participate and grow?

A MOTHER'S TEACHABLE MOMENT

One evening a mother heard a knock at the door. She looked through the peep hole and saw it was her son. She opened the door and he immediately stormed in right passed her. He began grumbling to his mother about his wife and how stubborn and ungrateful she was. He demanded her respect for being the bread winner, the family provider, and the rock of the household. He wanted to be heard and validated for his efforts. He heard his emotions so loudly he couldn't and wasn't interested in hearing the voice or perspective of his wife. The mother sat at the dinner table quietly listening to her son's rant and couldn't understand how she had raised a man who was so hardhearted. He valued his opinion so much that he didn't value his wife's. Then it struck his mother like a painful blow. It was her that taught him each day of his upbringing with her ranting, yelling, one-way conversations, telling and demanding that had instructed him how to treat and communicate with those you love.

Too often we show our sons and daughters how to talk through our actions, but we rarely show them how to listen through our actions.

Tramaine L. Crawford (TLC Coaching) and I build effective communication in to our workshops with youth, because we understand developing effective leadership requires people who can listen before they can effectively lead.

What teachable moment have you experienced from listening and watching your own kids ?

TONIGHT I'M DOING .....

Sometimes life requires you to pause and do nothing.

At times that is the best thing for us, to simply pause, relax and do nothing. Doing nothing may be sitting on the front porch just watching the traffic go by. Do nothing may be zoning out to music on your favorite station or a random station. Do nothing could be sitting in the yard feeling the blades of grass between your finger tips and watch the random insect pass by.

Sometimes nothing is the best thing for us to do. Nothing is often better than stress. Nothing is often better than over doing it. Nothing is often better than overthinking it. Nothing is often underappreciated, overlooked, denied, not thought about, or considered not an option. Nothing is often the best thing to do.

This evening I'm doing ....

GIVING YOUR FUTURE COLLEGE STUDENT A HEAD START ON SUCCESS !

This week I had the honor of meeting speaker and author Linnita Hosten. As she, my business partner Tramaine Crawford, and I talked in the Starbucks while sipping on coffee at National Harbor, in Maryland I immediately realized how passionate and dedicated Linnita was to her passion of adding value to others by sharing her experiences, knowledge and wisdom.   Author's often swap books when they meet just like athletes swap jerseys. I handed Linnita my book The Wright Thought and she handed me her book The College Strategy.

Oh boy ! This is the book I should have had years ago when I graduated from high school and then went off to Towson State University.  This book is the playbook that  informs college student how to fully maximize their college experience, take advantage of college resources beyond the classroom, athletic games, and cafeteria.  This is the easy to read resource, less than hundred page book your future college student needs to maximize the funds that will be paid for their education.

Imagine your student graduating with:
* leadership experience that is needed for the workforce
* A network of influential contacts that he/she can reach back to for guidance after they have graduated
*  experience in writing a resume that extends beyond being a student and working at the local store in the mall

This book is perfect for your future and current college student.

Here are some golden nugget quotes from Linnita's book.

"Leadership is learning to be "a person of people" with order and integrity. It also takes the ability to influence even those you may not agree with."

"When Jessica graduated, she left the team to me. Everything from recruitment, tryouts, budgeting, fundraising, performance wear, community service, music editing and performance material were my responsibility. I went from being in the formation's back row for two years to being the leader of the pack."

"Once you set foot on your college campus, who you were and what you did in high school is old news."

Invest in a copy of  The College Strategy today to find out how to "create out-of-the box experiences that will challenge your ability to critically think, solve problems, and develop new ideas."

REPUTATION IS ADVERTISEMENT BUT CHARACTER IS TRUTH

You were introduced to their reputation, but you will have a relationship with their character.
You hired their reputation, but you kept or fired them because of their character.
You worked on your reputation, but your growth reflects the investment in your character.

We so often focus on the advertised reputation of a business, corporation, group, individual, product or brand.  We focus on it then we invest our time, resources, heart, expectations and emotions in to it. We purchase and invest in the reputation, but must live with the character.

We focus on improving ourselves through our reputation, advertising of ourselves, representation of ourselves online, in pictures and on resumes. We works so hard on keeping up or improving our reputation, but will always fall short of our success due to our character.

When we focus investing on the outside we will be less  intentional about investing on the inside. True growth occurs from developing our character. People and organization may be competent in various areas. However, that competency will always be capped by the investment made in character.

Many organization fail to reach the true height of their potential because they invested so much in their reputation and advertising that they failed to invest in adding value and developing the character of the people that run their organization.

Your mind, heart, beliefs, faith and decisions are the engine of your world and the basis of your character. If you do not improve it then it's incredibly difficult to improve your life.

I'M IN THE MIDST OF FAILING FORWARD TOWARD MY DREAM

August 25th of 2017 was my last day at my previous job. Earlier on this year I informed my employer that I would be resigning from my position. The job I had was far from home and required me to be away from my family 5 days a week. I was spending Friday evening, and the weekend playing catch up with my family. By Sunday evening I was routinely becoming depressed because I knew I had to prepare to be away from my family again.

I worked with some awesome people at my previous job,but I was entrenched in a job and not in my passion. My goal is be a full time speaker and leadership coach who travels far and wide developing emerging leaders and inspiring people to step out of their comfort zone and in to their success zone. I needed to jump from the comfort zone of a pay check. My goal was to find a job that allowed my use my leadership coaching and speaking skills much closer to home and gave me time build my business too.

Long before my last day at work I was submitting for jobs closer to my home. I dedicated time in my schedule to searching for jobs in my area that matched my skill set and passion. "I will find something" I told myself. I was very optimistic. I went on several interviews. There were several interviews where I knew I nailed the interview and would get the job. Unfortunately, all I kept getting were the electronic emails that informed me that they appreciated me interviewing, but I was not selected. DAMN!! After awhile it really began to hurt, and I really begin to worry. I have been working consistently for the last 27 years. I have a wife, 3 kids, a house, 2 cars, and bills.

I feared that I could potentially be without a job. Whoa !  Well, I still haven't found a job. I'm unemployed and a bit shaken. I have lost track of how many jobs I applied for. Although I've been diligent in my efforts for some odd reason I'm feel disappointed.  Disappointed that my unemployment will put a strain on my family. My friend April told me about a month ago that sometimes we willing to broke for awhile on our journey to success. Wise words, tough decision to make.

The fear of trading security of the unknown prevented me from jumping from my comfort zone on the journey to my success zone many times before.  The fear of being overextended financially prevented me from investing in my dream in the past. Today the fear of what others will say or think  if I end up working in a place making far less to make ends met bothers me at times. It shouldn't.

I'm on my way, failing forward toward my dream and goal.

Which one of the following fears are you concerned about?:

Fear of failure
Fear of trading security for the unknown
Fear of being overextended financially
Fear of what others will say or think
Fear that success will alienate peers

Stay tuned as I update you on my adventure towards success.

THE FEAR LURKING IN YOUR OFFICE AND HOME

When people don't feel safe talking to you it doesn't matter if you have a open door policy as a leader, manager, commanding officer, boss, principal, partner , spouse or parent.
When people can't trust you to listen without damaging them emotionally or physically they will seriously limit their communication w/ you.
Image result for boss bullying ,images
Meetings, day, anniversaries , and gatherings will go by without them saying what they truly feel because they fear you much more than they respect you.
Image result for spouse bullying ,images

Teachers and principals , children and parents , spouses , employees and bosses , student and teacher relationships can all be affected by fear.

Teaching our youth how to effectively communicate is key to their growth.

We seriously limit the creativity someone contributes, natural passion people have, and love some gives when they are afraid to communicate.

How have you seen fear affect the relationships around you ?

Do you have a youth group that could benefit from a workshop on effective communication ?

Do you have an experience you would like to share about fear and communication ?

DEAR PARENTS,

I am finishing up an OUTSTANDING book by the late Dr. Myles Munroe. My business partner Tramaine Crawford and I decided to read the book and discuss it on 6:30 a.m. calls. I just finished reading Chapters 9 and 10 of the book. The chapters were so inspiring that it fired me up to write this blog post based on its content and its connection to my passion.

Front Cover

Dear Parents,

When you confuse your paycheck from your employer with your purpose, which is your life time assignment, you will confuse those you influence and mentor. Telling a child to be their best with your words, but encouraging them to be less than that with your actions is confusing. You are your child’s greatest influence. We all step in to greatest when we follow our purpose. Follow your purpose so your kid won’t question following theirs.

Yours Truly,

Your Heart

Even if you are not a parent seriously consider why you are here, and what you are here for. Obviously you have a purpose that is greater than your commute, your job evaluation, promotion, daily cups of coffee, or degree. What is it? Your purpose is greater than your life, because it impacts so many other lives.

Passion will help us rise above our daily routine.

What path do you see yourself being on that would enable to rise above the daily routine required for the destination?

What hopes and dreams do you have that never leave you ?

“People who are satisfied with a lesser existence will never go where they need to be.”
  Dr. Myles Munroe

Are you going where you need to be ?..on a daily basis ?
Sow a thought, reap a belief.
Sow a belief, reap an attitude,
Sow an attitude, reap an action.
Sow an action, reap a habit.
Sow a habit, reap a character, reap a destiny.

True leaders don’t have jobs, they have lifetime assignments. You are a leader!!

What is your life assignment?

Sitting In My Car Crying

Image result for crying at work ,image

Have you ever sat on the edge of your bed not wanting to go to work because you dreaded being there?

Have you ever sat in the car in the parking lot of your job sobbing because you were so stressed out about the environment you were working in?

Have you ever found yourself sitting at your desk pondering aimlessly in your mind why you were working for that company, and/or for that particular boss?
Image result for crying at work, image
Have you ever felt so overwhelmed about the way you were treated at work that you felt you could run out of the door that very day and not return?

Have you ever so felt so emotional about a situation or events that happened at you place of employment that it affected your mood inside and outside of work?
Image result for upset at work
Have you ever felt bottled up emotionally about what was happening at work and how you felt, but you felt as though there was no one you could turn to, no one to listen, no one to understand, no one who could help?

Many people leave for their job on a daily basis, but despise being there. Most people spend at least 40 hours a week/8 hours a day  at their job, 1.5 hours commuting to and from their job, 2-3 hours thinking about work when their off the clock, and another hour preparing to get there each day. That’s 12.5 to 13.5 hours each day contributed to something that you may not like, are unhappy with, and/ or is causing you distress daily. WOW!!
Millions of people dedicate more time to their lives to careers, jobs, causes, and bosses than to their happiness, family, or friends.

Share your stories so we can understand.

Why did you stay ?

 Why did you left?

 If you’re still there?

I would like to know want happened?

When I listen, I learn. When I learn I gain perspective, understanding and knowledge that enables me to be better, do better, and help others.
I’ve had my fair share of good bosses and not so good bosses. Maybe I’ve been that kind of leader to others in the past.

Share your story with us. (Feel free to change the name , places, and dates in your story for obvious reasons)

THERE ARE TWO KINDS OF PEOPLE. JUST TWO.

There are two kinds of people. Just two

TWO KINDS OF PEOPLE

There are two kinds of people on earth today,
Just two kinds of people, no more, I say,
Not the good and the bad, for ’tis well understood
The good are half bad and the bad are half good.

Not the happy and sad, for the swift flying years
Bring each man his laughter and each man his tears.
Not the rich and the poor, for to count a man’s wealth
You must first know the state of his conscience and health.

Not the humble and proud, for in life’s busy span
Who puts on vain airs is not counted a man.
No! The two kinds of people on earth I mean
Are the people who lift, and the people who lean.

Wherever you go you will find the world’s masses
Are ever divided in just these two classes.
And, strangely enough, you will find, too, I wean,
There is only one lifter for twenty who lean.

This one question I ask. Are you easing the load
Of overtaxed lifters who toil down the road?
Or are you a leaner who lets others bear
Your portion of worry and labor and care?

Ella Wheeler

Examine the people within your inner circle.

Are they lifters or leaners ?

Who is your number one lifter ?

Who is the leaner that is costing you more than they're worth ?

Is it worth having them as a leaner in your inner circle ?

You are the manager of your inner circle. If you choose not to manage it , it will manage you. Hoping and wishing is not a successful management tool.

SKIN DEEP DISCIPLINE !!

Image result for disciplined  Since I was a kid I have had to deal with the very stressful, annoying, and irritable skin disorder of eczema.  At school many kids wondered if it was catching before they knew what it was. I remember during many summers having to lay on the couch with a cold rag around my neck to reduce the irritation that caused me to itch and the condition to get worse. The rashes would appear on the inside of my arms, my neck, the back of legs, and on my wrist.  When I scratched the areas would get inflamed, spread and darken.  It was not a good time.  There were times as an adult when it would completely clear up for periods at a time.  However, sometimes the scars were still visible.

Bathing in hot water dehydrates my skin and aggravates the break out areas. I feel like a fiend standing in the shower having the hot water bake on my skin. It's a weird high that has regrettable results. It inflames the areas, make them darker and often brings on the itching.  The lack of discipline on my part requires me to pay a higher price for my morale and welfare.  When I fail to implement the required discipline of bathing in luke warm water, using mild soaps, and pat drying myself after showers I pay the price. I suffer. I am impacted and I set myself back. It is a very mentally and physically costly non-productive circle.

Image result for disciplineDiscipline is required !!  If you fail to have or implement discipline into your life the simplest of tasks will not be accomplished or take exponentially longer. Discipline is a key component of any living organism.  The less discipline an organism has the more it deviates from its true purpose and goals.

The universe doesn't care if you are male or female, black or white, tall or short, disabled, gay or straight. It will create opposing forces to disburse your efforts when you lack discipline. Success demands some sort of discipline and then rewards us with progress, even if it's not immediately visible.

Try to live outside the boarders of discipline, and yes you will have free reign to do as you please at times, but that freedom will be overshadowed by the darkness of set backs you unknowingly designed for yourself like it came from a coaches play book.

Discipline will reward you with inner strength that will enable you to move forward, do more, be more effective and efficient. Discipline will not embraced or be loved by your excuses, fears or unchecked habits. Discipline will separate you from others that lack discipline.

Image result for disciplined

It is very difficult to conquer any thing when we are unable to control and conquer ourselves through discipline. Discipline enables the ant to accomplish what is impossible to the being that lacks discipline. In size the ant is small, but with discipline the ant competes with, and rivals many gi-ants....giants...get it ? lol.

Big doors swing on small hinges.  You can accomplish greater things if your are willing to be disciplined.

Don'find an excuse. Find a way.
